Broke after two uses
Bought this for my 10 year old. The concept makes sense and would love to see if it works, but the band broke on the second use. I will return it and try again, hopefully that was just a defective one.

Stay away from these things at all costs, quite literally. They are made in China with the lowest quality materials and will break even when used with care. There are numerous training aids specifically for passing that are far superior to this low quality product.
