The Bauer 4500 has been around for decades and there's reasons for that. It may be somewhat outdated technology-wise compared to modern helmets, but no one can deny that it is extremely comfortable and looks fantastic on your melon. After wearing it for awhile, the foam padding molds to your head and the thing fits like a glove. If you don't have a serious history of concussions and want a cheap, stylish bucket then the 4500 is definitely for you.
