Bought a pair of Bauer X800 with the stock insoles after a season of skating my feet were bugging me I could feel the rivets on the balls of my feet. Purchased the speed skate insoles did the heat mold in my oven( about 9mins at 200deg). I did one at a time so I could get the skate on quick enough before cooling happens.
