It is great to see Warrior listen to the feedback on the protection issues on the QRL glove and to beef up the side of the palm protection on the wrap around palm design. But it is disappointing how the backhand of the glove is less flexible than the QRL. In the name of "protection" they went from 5 segments to 3 segments, which makes the backhand stiffer and not as ergonomic… read more as the outgoing model. The backhand previously wasn't an issue because of the segments. A comfortable glove that could be better. Still offering a unique flex cuff that isn't rival at the retail level.
Great protection and durable
My 10 year old son has used these for a year and the palms look almost new. Well worth the price, they are comfortable and durable - more so than previous gloves he wore two holes in palms and fingers in less than one year. Great padded protection in the fingers and wrist where kids like to slash.
