Got back into coaching and needed and every day helmet. Very comfortable. Not super ventilated but very good helmet for that price!

Helmet size and poor job from sales guy
If you are using a prodigy helmet and then go to an adult small there is NOT a much difference in size, even if the sales guy says there is.
