Loose fitting but awesome extension length

I bought this to use with my Warrior Alpha LX 20 and was surprised to see that the fit was VERY loose. The glue that comes on the end plug was not nearly enough to fill the gap in the size difference. After the initial install, the end plug became loose during gameplay and I had to resort to removing the original glue, adding two layers of cloth tape and then new hot glue. I added… read more cyanoacrylate glue at the seam between the end plug and shaft in hopes it will help stabilize the joint.

Became loose after just a few shots

Seems like a good product, but so far have had a hard time keeping it from loosening. Stick becomes useless. Hopefully after adding a layer of tape and a little more glue it will stay tight. We'll see tomorrow.

Works as advertised

This butt end fit perfectly in my Warrior intermediate hockey stick. As it was an 8" extender and I needed 3.5", I had to cut 4.5" off with a hacksaw which was easily accomplished.

I bought this a wile ago to try and add some length to my stick. It worked out great and it doesn't add weight to the stick.

Worked great on junior warrior stick.

I cut my sons stick way too short. Had to use this on his junior size warrior stick. Fit was good. Didn't have a problem installing it with a heat gun. Once inserted put stick upside down and tap it in on floor. Leave it upside down until everything cools so the glue doesn't run down the inside of the stick. Has a solid end piece.

Just what I needed

I bought this to combat my growing 8 year old's short composite stick. The stick was in good shape just too short. He's play's enough where I wanted something solid, and after about 5 times on the ice it seems to be holding up very well.

Extend A Junior Sized CCM Jetspeed Stick

I bought this extension for my son’s Junior CCM Jetspeed Stick. He grew a bit from last season, but not enough to upgrade to an intermediate stick. I used a heat gun to heat the insert side that’s covered in hot glue and then I pounded it place with a rubber mallet. Afterwards, I taped the handle as normal down past the join. It looks like a normal stick and I won’t have to… read more worry about getting an intermediate stick for hopefully six months. My son says it’s ok, but I can see that the extension adds more strength to his passes and shots. So 5 * from me.

Nice handle but it’s a little loose. I’m taking it back for a reheating to get it made solid. Hopefully that will work.

So far so good.

Cut down my stick and later decided to add some length. Just installed and easy to do. Heated glue with heat gun and attached easily. I have a CCM Tacks stick.

Works great. Comes 8" long. Heat up glue on end, stick it in and cut to length.
