Incredible helmet, consistent as can be, you get what you pay for = A+
Bauer consistently makes solid products. I've bought this helmet in multiple colors due to the overall comfort and styling. Not to mention how strong it is and how well it's held up thru the physical play I put it thru. You'd have to mistreat the product in a manner it's not meant to be used to get it to malfunction. Size adjustment mechanism broke
For disclaimer, I bought this helmet for my son. I don't play hockey. I bought it a little over a year ago. My son didn't wear it much because of health issues (unrelated to the helmet), maybe 30 times altogether. When he returned to hockey, we found that the size adjustment mechanism broke, so we were no longer able to adjust the size of the helmet to his head size. Since… read more it's been more than a year, the helmet is out of warranty although it is practically new. I'm disappointed that a helmet this expensive can be so poorly made.
